How long does it take to see results?
You should start to experience results within 5-10 weeks with structures strengthening and softening. For long term results it can take between 1-4 years before you find a resolution to your specific issue. That which has been injured or in a weak state for years will take time for the structures to strengthen and soften but you will feel the benefits as you are working towards your goal i.e you may not be able to touch your toes after 5 weeks but your back pain will have decreased.
